Create a DxDiag Report

The DirectX Diagnostics (DxDiag) is a Windows tool that provides our support team with information to troubleshoot technical issues. Follow these steps to create a DxDiag report and send it to us:

We only provide support to customers who have ordered directly from us. Please contact your retailer.

How do I create a DxDiag report?

  • Press the keyboard shortcut [Windows] + [R] and in the popup window enter the command dxdiag. Then press Enter.

  • The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. If a popup window asks about digital driver signatures, click the response that applies to your device.

  • Select Save All Information and then click Save. The file should be saved as DxDiag.txt in your chosen folder.

  • Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

  • Please send us the log file via our ticket system.
