The included USB Power Adapter (5V/2A)¶
The EZCast Pro Box II comes with a 5V/2A USB power adapter. As a replacement, you can also use another power adapter. Just check the output rating on the nameplate to ensure it meets the minimum current requirement of the EZCast Pro Box II (5V/2A):
Replacement Samsung USB Power Adapter (5V/2A)¶
The Samsung Power Adapter (5V/2A) can be purchased from us if needed:
Power Cable USB 2.0 Type A Plug to 5.5/2.1 mm¶
The USB power cable for the receiver can be purchased from us if needed, as a USB 2.0 Type A plug to 5.5/2.1 mm:
C14 to C13+Euro Y Type Splitter Adapter¶
If the projector is mounted on the ceiling and only the power cable from the projector is available, or if you want a single-cable solution from the outlet to the display device, you might wonder how to power both the projector/screen and the EZCast Pro Box II.
With a C14 to C13+Euro Y Type Splitter Adapter, you can convert the cold appliance cable into a Euro socket and C13 cable. Combined with the power adapter, this can supply power to both devices. The Y Type Splitter Adapter can be purchased from us if needed.
Mounting the Receiver¶
The receiver can be mounted using strong double-sided tape without damaging the screen. We recommend UHU Double Tape:

Please note: When mounting the receiver, ensure that there is a clear line of sight between the antenna and the wireless access point as well as the end devices to avoid Wi-Fi signal interference.
HDMI to VGA Adapter¶
Does your screen or projector have only a VGA input instead of HDMI? With this HDMI to VGA Adapter, you can use the EZCast Pro Dongle II with older display devices.
For stable signal transmission and also for playing audio, connect a micro-USB power supply. Audio is transmitted via a 3.5mm audio cable.
