About the Device¶

For support purposes, we may ask you to provide a screenshot of the view below, which contains all network information of the EZCast Pro device:

Please note

If you haven't yet connected the EZCast Pro device to your WiFi infrastructure, please review this guide first.

To access this view, please follow these steps:

Open Advanced Settings¶

Connect your device to the SSID of the EZCast Pro II device. The login credentials are displayed at the top of the home screen:

In your web browser's address bar, enter the EZCast Pro device's IP address labeled as Direct Link IP 192.168.168.1. The EZCast Pro device's configuration interface will appear:

Log in as Admin¶

Enter the admin password and click OK to log in. The default password is 000000. If this password is not accepted, reset the device using the reset button.

Select About the Device¶

From the main menu, select About the Device. The following device overview will be displayed. Please provide us
